Three 'B'eauties of Yoga Workhop: Backbends, Bandhas and Balance
Backbends - improve flexibility, strengthen the back muscles and relax in restorative poses;
Bandhas - mulabandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha with core strengthening poses;
Balance - foot, hands, head and shoulders
This 3 hours workshop (CPD) will challenge your mind, body and spirit.
